How long are the engagements?
The Authority Reset is a focused 60-minute private session. The 8-week Executive Engagement includes weekly 1:1 sessions over eight weeks.
Is this therapy, consulting, or mindset coaching?
No. This is executive coaching focused on consequential decisions, leadership judgment, and execution. I do not make the decision for you; the work supports your own judgment and action.
Who is this work not for?
This work is not for leaders looking for validation, surface-level tools, or someone else to make the decision for them.
