What is the 8-week Container?
Ongoing executive-level work to install authority as an operating system — not just a temporary moment of clarity. Each session is 45 minutes to an hour long. Execution is a behavior, and embodiment takes time.
How do I know which one I need?
If a decision cannot wait, begin with the Reset. If you want long-term consistency, execution, and integration under pressure, the Container is the next level. Authority is not a personality trait. It is a practice.
Is this therapy or mindset coaching?
No. We are not processing emotion or building mindsets. This work stabilizes leadership under pressure and aligns decision with identity.
